Working for a partnership between two coastal tribes, the Grand Ronde and the Siletz, KJD received City approval of this master planned mixed use development in fall of 2004. The development consists of a campus of Flexible light industrial buildings and a small assemblage of retail building inside the loop road. The road connects to the 800,000 sq. ft. development to the North of the Chemawa rode interchange off of Oregon’s I-5 via new tunnel. The first phase infrastructure is under construction - fall of 2005.
