On a key 12 acre parcel between the boulevard out to Mt Bachelor and the 70 foot bluff overlooking the Deschutes river and the new Riverpark lies a single existing 20 room inn building. Through the course of the summer of 2005 KJD lead a large team creating a proposal for a 120-room hotel with spa and restaurant facilities with mixed use retail/office and retail condos along the Century Drive frontage.
