Century Park Commercial Center, Bend, OR.

An 18-acre Masterplan that was designed to work with the three tiers of topography to allow saving over 100 trees throughout the site. The approval process included working through a two-month State-led mediation charrette process, neighbors' appeals and a City-wide traffic-based moratorium leading to the traffic circle. The Safeway opened April of ’03 and the initial development received a Bend Beautification Award. Pads for Starbucks and Blockbuster opened in '04 and Umpqua Bank opened February '06.
