A full Masterplan project for the yacht club west of downtown. With William B. Morris Architect Inc. Our plan included planning new dock layouts, boat circulation, new club house renovations, image enhancements and boat yard facility improvements. Shown is the new proposed view entering by boat into the basin by the new clubhouse.
