Safeway addition Site Remodel, Lincoln City, OR.

Before and After views of a typical Safeway process for the firm. We did feasibility studies to review the ability to add to and remodel an existing store, and to add the required new parking and new landscaping to an already developed center. We assisted in the negotiations with the landlord, did the City Design Review submittals and coordinated with Safeway’s building architect throughout the construction phase.
