Hired by a consortium of land owners organized by the TN Tolls Company and Capacity Commercial group, KJD worked with the land owners, existing companies and the City to organize future infrastructure connections, subdivision planning, and road alignments. The 200 acres is to be the future home of a new Clinic and many new industrial and commercial users are in the development process.
