A current 2006 project, KJD is master planning the out-parcels surrounding a future Wal-Mart development that was assembled and sold by DesertScape Development. Features include the recommended building layout and use analysis, multiple outdoor seating areas, community amenities including rockscaped water features and native planting along walkways and site drainage features.
