Lead designer with Forbes and Fitzhardinge Architects. The competition winning proposal for a 90 unit development along the 16th fairway in a new golf community Northeast of Perth. New unit designs, clusters, new recreation / club areas and new water features are integrated into the existing course layout. Both overall plan and detail of the Club area plans are shown.
