Following early planning refinements with our clients the next step, especially in Oregon’s non-sales tax environment is to “visit” with the City/County. Critical non-confrontational relationships must quickly be forged which help carry the project, sometimes for as long as 5 years within a jurisdiction through the process. (pre-Application conferences, neighborhood meetings, Planning Commissions, City Councils, appeals etc.) We specialize in refining the development plans while coordinating the submittal application processes for our Clients. We take the responsibility of assuring full consultant teams are on task working toward a common quality goal.
